Getting started

• Set the Stage arms the microphone so it's ready. Then tap Record to start, Pause to hold, and Stop to save the take.
• Your recordings appear under Takes, where you can play, rename, trim (Pro), and share them.

Play as a band

• Put every device on the same Wi-Fi network.
• On the recording phone: Band → Host a band to get a 6-digit number.
• On another phone, tablet, or watch: Band → Join and enter that number. It can now start, pause, and stop the recording on the host.
• It works across Android and Apple devices. To end the session and stop the band from controlling your phone, tap End band.

Troubleshooting

• A bandmate can't find the host — make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network (not guest/isolated networks), and that nearby-devices permission is allowed.
• Recording stopped on its own — TakeCue auto-saves your take if the battery gets critically low, so you never lose it.
• Restore a purchase — open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchase.
